Return Policy
To ensure sanitary conditions of all our products and warehouse, and for protection of our team, we are unable to accept returns. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us at support@MyReveyetalize.com.
If you purchased and received products from MyReveyetalize.com that are damaged or defective, within 14 days following receipt of Order, you may receive a replacement product if any of the following conditions are met:
1. Supplier shipped the Product in error;
2. The Product is damaged before it is accepted by the Customer;
3. The Product packaging or crating is damaged before it is accepted by the Customer; or
4. The Product is outdated or expired
Customers must notify the Supplier within 14 days from receipt of order, for replacement. Notification to Supplier must include the Order number and photographs of the defective Products which must be emailed to support@MyReveyetalize.com with an accompanying explanation of such defect.
